1. Processing & Shipping Time
Ywears makes every effort to prepare and dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated Delivery: 8 to 18 business days, depending on the destination.
3. Delivery Delays & Exceptions
Delays may occur due to:
- Public holidays
- Transport strikes or logistical disruptions
- Customs clearance (for international orders)
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
Ywears is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking link via email to monitor their order status.
5. Out-of-Stock Items
If a product is unavailable, Ywears will notify the customer promptly and issue a full refund within 30 days.
6. Extended Delays
If delivery exceeds the estimated time plus 14 additional days, the customer may cancel the order by emailing contact@ywears.com.
7. Failed Deliveries & Returns
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, Ywears may charge reshipping fees.
- If a package is returned a second time, Ywears reserves the right to cancel the order without refund.
- If the customer refuses delivery or the package cannot be delivered, Ywears will not issue a refund.

- Ywears selects the carrier and ensures proper shipment.
- Shipping fees vary by destination and are displayed at checkout.
- Customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the customer’s responsibility.
