Return Policy
Our policy lasts 15 days. If more than 15 days have passed since you received your item, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Sale or Discounted Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at contact@ywears.com.
Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item
